RESERVATIONS / CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations are requested and must be paid in advance. A two week cancellation notice is required prior to date of arrival. All cancellations are subject to a $20 fee per room.

CHECK IN: Check in anytime after 4:00 pm and before 9:00 pm. We can make other arrangements with advance notice when possible. Check out time is 11:00 am.

Because of health and allergy concerns of other guests, smoking and pets are not allowed.

	Wedding parties have proven to be a popular reason for choosing River House. Added advantage: Your out-of-town guests can stay right here for the weekend and call River House their home away from home.

	For your wedding reception or any gala event, there's plenty of room for a large tent. We can make all the arrangements and hook you up with a caterer.
	If you walk down to the river you'll see great views of the Maumee both downriver and upriver. Here's the view on a crisp and sunny autumn afternoon.
